These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ik44 platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, account features, and payment services. By registering an account or placing a wager on ik44, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document.
Binding Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and ik44. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the ik44 website at ik44.bet — including any of its subdomains, mobile interfaces, or associated applications — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ik44 platform and close any existing account. Continued use of the platform after the publication of an updated version of these Terms & Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those updated terms.
ik44 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where a change materially affects players with active bonuses or pending withdrawals — in such cases, a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice will be provided via the registered email address on file. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for updates.
2 Age Restriction & Eligibility
The ik44 platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or use any feature of the ik44 platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. ik44 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.
In addition to the minimum age requirement, you represent and warrant that:
- You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
- You are not registering on behalf of any third party or acting as an agent for any other person in connection with any wager placed on the platform.
- You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, and you assume full responsibility for determining and complying with applicable local regulations.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from ik44 or any affiliated platform, and you are not subject to any active cooling-off period.
- You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close relative of a current employee or director of ik44 or any of its technology or game-content partners.
ik44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a competent Bangladesh authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the request will result in suspension of all account functions, including withdrawals, until verification is completed.
3 Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of ik44 services — including deposits, withdrawals, and real-money wagering — you must register a personal account on the platform. Registration is free of charge. Each individual may hold only one registered account on ik44 at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh. You must not register using fictitious personal details, the identity of another person, or information that you know to be false or misleading.
ik44 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with best-practice anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC documentation may be requested:
- At registration, at the time of first withdrawal, or at any point during your account's lifetime at ik44's discretion.
- When cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed certain thresholds as defined by ik44's internal compliance policy.
- When unusual account activity is detected that warrants enhanced due diligence.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ik44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify ik44 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on ik44 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ik44 does not charge any platform-side fee for deposits. Third-party payment providers — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their published fee schedules, which are outside ik44's control.
Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL Mobile Banking), Upay
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
- International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability and issuer restrictions)
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ik44 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers may take one to three business days to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
Withdrawal requests are subject to a review process conducted by the ik44 finance team. Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 to 48 hours from the time of submission. Withdrawals requested via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically received by the player within minutes of ik44 processing approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take an additional one to three business days for the receiving bank to post the funds.
All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. ik44 does not permit withdrawal to a different account, wallet, or card than the one used to fund the balance being withdrawn. This policy is in place to prevent unauthorised fund redirection and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

- Withdrawals are processed Monday through Sunday, including public holidays in Bangladesh
ik44 reserves the right to delay or suspend any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, or where a transaction appears inconsistent with normal account activity. Players will be notified of any such hold and given a reasonable opportunity to provide the documentation required to release the funds.
5 Bonus & Promotions Policy
ik44 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be displayed clearly on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by ik44 unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise:
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Standard wagering requirements on ik44 range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
- Game Contributions: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward clearing a bonus. Live casino table games and sports betting wagers may contribute at a lower rate (typically 10%–20%). The contribution rate for each game category is listed in the promotion-specific terms.
- Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses must be used (and wagering requirements completed) within the validity period stated on the promotion page. Bonuses not used within this period will be removed from the account balance without replacement or compensation.
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a specific promotion explicitly permits it. Attempting to activate a second bonus while one is already active will result in the rejection of the second bonus without any obligation on ik44 to reinstate it.
- Bonus Abuse: Any behaviour that ik44 reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to systematically clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, hedging bets across multiple outcomes to neutralise variance, or coordinating with other accounts to farm bonuses — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any winnings derived from it, and may result in permanent account closure.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players only. Players who have self-excluded, are under a cooling-off period, or have voluntary deposit limits that prevent the required minimum deposit are not eligible to participate in promotions until those restrictions are lifted.
6 Player Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on ik44, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — lawful personal entertainment — and to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ik44:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading personal information during registration, verification, or any subsequent identity check; impersonating another person; using fraudulent payment methods or stolen financial credentials.
- Money Laundering: Using the ik44 platform for the purpose of concealing, converting, or transferring proceeds of crime. ik44 is required to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities and will do so without prior notice to the account holder where required by law.
- Collusion and Match Fixing: Coordinating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets; placing wagers on sports events in which you have a material conflict of interest or inside information.
- Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal request with your payment provider in bad faith — that is, in circumstances where the transaction was authorised and no fraudulent activity took place on ik44's part. Verified bad-faith chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and recovery of the disputed amounts through any legally available means.
- Technical Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, browser extensions, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the ik44 platform itself; exploiting bugs, glitches, or display errors in games or betting markets.
- Harassment: Using ik44's communication channels — including support chat, email, or any community feature — to harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate ik44 staff or other players.
- VPN / Proxy Use: Using a virtual private network (VPN), proxy server, or similar technology to conceal your true geographical location for the purpose of circumventing jurisdiction restrictions or accessing ik44 from a prohibited territory.
ik44 reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, the affected account may be placed in a suspended state — meaning deposits, withdrawals, and wager placement are all paused — until the investigation is concluded. ik44 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the player via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
ik44 may suspend or permanently close a player account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:
- Confirmed or reasonably suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Discovery that the account holder is a current employee, contractor, or close relative of an ik44 employee or partner-studio staff member.
- Confirmed multi-accounting — holding more than one registered account.
- Confirmed bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated betting tools.
- Regulatory requirement, court order, or instruction from a competent authority requiring account closure or fund freezing.
- Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months with a zero or negligible balance — in such cases, ik44 will send a 30-day advance notice to the registered email before closure.
Players also have the right to voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the ik44 support team. Before closure, any pending bonus wagering requirements will be removed and the remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding fees or adjustments described in these terms) will be returned to the player's most recently used payment method within seven (7) business days.
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may use ik44's self-exclusion or cooling-off tools rather than requesting permanent account closure. Details of these tools are available on the Responsible Gaming page. Self-exclusion periods range from six (6) months to permanent, and cannot be shortened or reversed once applied.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ik44 — including its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and technology partners — shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ik44 platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from a technical malfunction, game error, server outage, or communication failure.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any specific game or betting market, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank).
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Any action taken by ik44 in good faith in response to a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
ik44's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of that player's real-money account balance at the time the incident occurred, as reflected in ik44's server-side records.
ik44 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or defect. In the event of a game or system error that results in an incorrect payout, ik44 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. Where an error results in an underpayment, ik44 will rectify the shortfall upon verification.
Nothing in this section shall limit ik44's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Bangladesh law.
